The goal of Capital Collections is to provide specialized customer service to meet the needs of our diverse clientele. To meet this goal, we have assembled the most knowledgeable staff of experts to not only work closely with our clients but to listen to the individuals who have been assigned for collection. Attempting to resolve the collection problem is the most successful way to improve our client’s cash flow. We work with each client to review documentation and, when necessary, offer suggestions to improve their recovery.

We possess the best collection software and spare no expense in using the best tools available for skip tracing and asset investigation. All collectors are properly trained in the best techniques to yield a successful collection. Given our current economy, we need to be respectful of each person’s financial dilemma and recommend the best solution for our client.

When persuasion fails, we do not hesitate to litigate. It is very costly, but if we believe recovery is possible, we will bare that expense. Each year we spend hundreds of thousands of dollars of our money to sue and collect our client’s money. We could not afford to advance those funds unless we were successful in collecting.
